Conceptual Expansion into Organizational Identity Change
The three criteria proposed by Albert and Whetten (1985) for organizational identity were summarized as (a) central, (b) distinctive, and (c) enduring.

On adjacency and (signless) Laplacian spectra of centralizer and co-centralizer graphs of some finite non-abelian groups [PDF]
Let $G$ be a finite non abelian group. The centralizer graph of $G$ is a simple undirected graph $\Gamma_{cent}(G)$, whose vertices are the proper centralizers of $G$ and two vertices are adjacent if and only if their cardinalities are identical {\rm\cite{omer}}. The complement of the centralizer graph is called the co-centralizer graph. In this paper,

Centrally Essential Semirings [PDF]
A semiring is said to be centrally essential if for every non-zero element $x$, there exist two non-zero central elements $y, z$ with $xy = z$. We give some examples of non-commutative centrally essential semirings and describe some properties of additively cancellative centrally essential semirings.

On the centralizer of the centralizer of a matrix
AbstractLet Mn(F) be the algebra of all n × n matrices over an arbitrary field F, and for S, T ⊂ Mn(F), let CT(S) = B ∈ T: AB = BA for all A ∈ S. For each A ∈ Mn(F), it is well known that CMn(F)(A)) = F[A], the algebra of polynomials in A over F. We determine CMn(F)(CGL(n, F)(A)). It turns out that CMn(F)(CGL(n, F)(A)) = F[A] when |F| > 2. When vbF vb =

New roles for RNAs in biology continue to emerge, and a glance at the history of RNAs may prepare molecular biologists for future discoveries about these powerful molecules. A striking new role for RNAs is their widespread involvement in the regulation of numerous genes, suggesting that there is much yet to discover about these amazing cellular ...

Top influencers can be identified universally by combining classical centralities [PDF]
Information flow, opinion, and epidemics spread over structured networks. When using individual node centrality indicators to predict which nodes will be among the top influencers or spreaders in a large network, no single centrality has consistently good ranking power.

Central Algebraic Geometry and Seminormality [PDF]
We develop the theory of central ideals on commutative rings. We introduce and study the central seminormalization of a ring in another one. This seminormalization is related to the theory of regulous functions on real algebraic varieties. We provide a construction of the central seminormalization by a decomposition theorem in elementary central ...
