The Central Bank of the Russian Federation as a financial megaregulator: legal aspect
Juridical Analytical JournalThe article discusses the main features of the legal status of the Bank of Russia as a financial mega-regulator. The author points out that the creation of a single body regulating all financial markets of the state is not an innovation in world practice and analyzes the model used in the Russian Federation.
