The Cancer Cell Metabolic Reprogramming Remodels the Tumor Microenvironment: Molecular Mechanisms and Therapeutic Strategies

This review elucidates how cancer cell metabolic reprogramming—across glucose, lipid, amino acid, and nucleotide pathways—remodels the tumor microenvironment to suppress anti‐tumor immunity and promote immune escape. Targeting these metabolic axes offers promising strategies to overcome immunotherapy resistance and enhance cancer treatment.

Glucose and Glutamine Deprivation Promotes Breast Cancer Lung Metastasis via BRD4‐Dependent Enhancer Activation

To model a nutrient‐restricted tumor microenvironment, breast cancer cells were adapted to low glucose and glutamine levels. In the adapted cells, BRD4‐driven enhancer activation increases pro‐invasive EDN1 expression, facilitated by ATF3/c‐JUN and reinforced by enhancer RNA.

Discovery and Optimization of AMT‐676, a CDH17‐Targeting ADC for the Treatment of Advanced Gastrointestinal Cancers

DLST Succinylation‐Mediated Mitochondrial Metabolic Remodeling and Cuproptosis Resistance Promote Malignant Progression of Lung Adenocarcinoma

The DLST K409 succinylation mediated by CPT1A promotes OXPHOS and redox homeostasis through regulating enzyme activity, thereby promoting the malignant progression of LUAD. Notably, the succinylation of DLST can enhance the cuproptosis resistance by inhibiting its lipoylation.

Transient Sleep Deprivation Induces Persistent Auditory Neuropathy via ROS‐Initiated Neuroinflammation and BK Channel Suppression

Sleep disturbance severity closely tracks hearing loss in a clinical cohort, yet the mechanistic link remains unclear. Acute sleep deprivation is shown to trigger transient cochlear oxidative stress that switches into a self‐sustaining neuroinflammatory state, suppressing BK channels and causing irreversible synaptopathy.
