CENTRAL GIANT CELL GRANULOMA OF MAXILLA.
INDIAN JOURNAL OF APPLIED RESEARCHBackground: Central giant cell granuloma are rare non-neoplastic lesions. They are histologically different from giant cell tumour of bone. It contains cellular brous tissue with multiple haemorrhagic foci with aggregates of multinucleated giant cells. Sometimes trabeculae of woven bone may also be seen.
