Abstract A 57-year-old Caucasian woman who had suffered a traumatic injury 39 years previously developed a central giant-cell reparative granuloma which was treated successfully by concomitant endodontic therapy and surgical enucleation. Occasionally this type of lesion may recur, and periodic observation is strongly advised.
