Local Solvent Ordering Drives Supramolecular Chirality Inversion
Local solvent organization is shown to govern supramolecular chirality by selecting distinct chiral assembly pathways. A subtle change in water‐DMSO composition reverses the helical sense of a chiral perylene bisimide, while heating induces an irreversible thermal inversion to a more stable enantiomorph.

Drought monitoring over India through normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) [PDF]
Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) is a simple index to monitor the state of vegetation (stressed/unstressed) which can be derived from satellite data. Hence an attempt is made to find out the vegetation responses to rainfall through NDVI over

Cobalt‐Catalyzed Asymmetric Construction of Boron Stereocenters With C–N Axial Chirality
A cobalt/Salox‐catalyzed one‐pot annulation enables enantioselective formation of B‐stereogenic centers and C─N axial chirality via C─H/N─H annulation, affording diverse fluorescent products with high stereocontrol and optoelectronic potential. ABSTRACT The efficient construction of boron stereogenic centers alongside axial chirality remains a ...

Bio‐Inspired Gradient Coatings Enhance the Leading Edge Erosion Resistance of Wind Blades
Rain‐induced erosion of the wind turbine blade leading edge poses a critical challenge to maintenance and operation. Here, we propose a bio‐inspired approach for erosion protection utilising a platelet‐reinforced polyurethane coating with a graded through‐thickness architecture.

Northward Shift of Pre‐Monsoon Zonal Winds Exacerbating Heatwaves Over India
India has observed increasingly persistent heat extremes in recent decades. North‐Central India, a highly populated region prone to heatwaves, has experienced record maximum temperatures (>48°C) during the pre‐monsoon season.

An ultrafast (2‐minute), gas‐free chemical pre‐sodiation strategy using Na‐benzophenone is developed to compensate for initial sodium loss in calcium vanadate (CaV8O20). Driven by the Ca2+ ‘spectator effect’, the framework enables highly reversible, quasi‐zero‐strain solid‐solution sodium storage, explicitly bypassing destructive conversion reactions ...
