Transducers Across Scales and Frequencies: A System‐Level Framework for Multiphysics Integration and Co‐Design

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Transducers convert physical signals into electrical and optical representations, yet each mechanism is bounded by intrinsic trade‐offs across bandwidth, sensitivity, speed, and energy. This review maps transduction mechanisms across physical scale and frequency, showing how heterogeneous integration and multiphysics co‐design transform isolated ...

A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE ASSORTMENT OF DIFFERENT MEDICATION GROUPS USED IN THE CENTRAL REGIONAL HOSPITAL OF THE MUNICIPAL REGION AND THE REGIONAL HOSPITAL OF THE FEDERAL STATE-OPERATED HEALTHCARE AGENCY “MEDICAL AND SANITARY CENTER-23” (FKUZ MSCH-23) OF THE FEDERAL PENITENTIARY SERVICE (FSIN) OF RUSSIA

open access: yesФармация и фармакология (Пятигорск), 2018
Providing quality pharmaceutical care is a key task of healthcare; any medical organization must respond efficiently to a change in both external and internal factors that affect the medical support of patients.

Material Selection and Geometric Design for Few‐filament Shape Memory Polymer Yarns for Force Generation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
A custom shape memory polymer material selection process relates quantitative application criteria (e.g., compression garment yarns) to material characterization information. The selected materials are manufactured into yarn geometries, which expand the design space by creating structural stress‐strain profiles beyond the nominal material stress‐strain

Well-Established and Traditional Use of Vegetal Extracts as an Approach to the “Deep Roots” of Cough

open access: yesChildren
Cough is a common presenting symptom for patients in a primary care setting and significantly impacts a patient’s quality of life. Cough involves a complex reflex arc beginning with the stimulation of sensory nerves that function as cough receptors that ...

[Centrally acting muscle relaxants and traffic hazards].

open access: yesTidsskrift for den Norske laegeforening : tidsskrift for praktisk medicin, ny raekke, 2000
An increasing number of the centrally acting muscle relaxants were withdrawn from the Norwegian market during the 1988-98 period. The only drug in this group now marketed in Norway is carisoprodol. The National Institute of Forensic Toxicology in Norway analyses all blood samples from suspected drugged drivers.

Central muscle relaxant activities of 2-methyl-3-aminopropiophenone derivatives.

open access: yesFolia Pharmacologica Japonica, 1987
In this experiment, we synthetized new 2-methyl-3-aminopropiophenone (MP) derivatives, whose structure is known to have central muscle relaxant activities, and quinolizidine and indan . tetralin derivatives derived from MP by cyclization, and we investigated the central muscle relaxant activity.

Tunable 3D‐Printed Static Mixers for Gradient Bioprinting With High Cell Viability

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The fabrication of native tissue‐like structures with gradual transitions in material properties, cell types, and growth factors remains a major challenge in biofabrication due to the lack of suitable methods. Mimicking the hierarchical organization of living tissues is essential for functional models, yet creating gradient, multimaterial ...
