Detection of circulating tumor DNA in colorectal cancer patients using a methylation‐specific droplet digital PCR multiplex

We developed a cost‐effective methylation‐specific droplet digital PCR multiplex assay containing tissue‐conserved and tumor‐specific methylation markers. The assay can detect circulating tumor DNA with high accuracy in patients with localized and metastatic colorectal cancer.

Kavurma is a traditional cooked meat product of Türkiye containing a high percentage of animal fat (30-40%). Therefore, kavurma can undergo lipid oxidation easily. This may cause a major problem in the storage and marketing of the product.
