Embedding Properties in Central Products [PDF]
In this article, we study group theoretical embedding properties of subgroups in central products of finite groups. Specifically, we give characterizations of normal, subnormal, and abnormal subgroups of a central product of two groups.

Prognostic role of TAPSE to PASP ratio in outpatients with left ventricular systolic dysfunction
Abstract Aims Few data are available regarding the role of tricuspid annulus plane systolic excursion to pulmonary artery systolic pressure (TAPSE/PASP), a measurement of right ventricular to pulmonary artery coupling, in patients with chronic heart failure and left ventricular systolic dysfunction.

Abstract Aims Amyloid cardiomyopathy is caused by the deposition of light chain (AL) or transthyretin amyloid (ATTR) fibrils, that leads to a restrictive cardiomyopathy, often resulting in heart failure (HF) with preserved or reduced ejection fraction.

Central Limit Theorems for Supercritical Branching Markov Processes [PDF]
In this paper we establish spatial central limit theorems for a large class of supercritical branching Markov processes with general spatial-dependent branching mechanisms. These are generalizations of the spatial central limit theorems proved in [1], P. for branching OU processes with binary branching mechanisms.

Dapagliflozin effect on functional mitral regurgitation and myocardial remodelling: The DEFORM trial
Abstract Aims Functional mitral regurgitation (FMR) is associated with adverse outcomes in patients with heart failure, and current guideline‐directed medical therapy (GDMT) offers limited efficacy in managing FMR. This study aims to evaluate the therapeutic impact of the sodium‐glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitor (SGLT2i) dapagliflozin in patients with ...
