Multidimensional Cellular Micro‐Compartments to Model Invasive Lobular Carcinoma Dormancy
Invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC) is an understudied subtype of breast cancer that is susceptible to late recurrences. In this study, micro‐compartmentalization techniques spanning multiple dimensions, including 2D, pseudo‐3D, and 3D, are integrated to uncover the mechanisms underlying ILC dormancy, revealing the central role of p27Kip1.

Rapid Fabrication of Self‐Propelled and Steerable Magnetic Microcatheters for Precision Medicine
A rapid Joule heating fabrication method for the production of self‐propelling, adaptive microcatheters, with tunable stiffness and integrated microfluidic channels is presented. Demonstrated through three microrobotic designs, including a steerable guiding catheter, an untethered wave‐crawling TubeBot, and a distal‐end propelled microcatheter, it was ...

Residual magnetization induces pronounced mechanical anisotropy in ultra‐soft magnetorheological elastomers, shaping deformation and actuation even without external magnetic fields. This study introduces a computational‐experimental framework integrating magneto‐mechanical coupling into topology optimization for designing soft magnetic actuators with ...

Centre of Gravity of Annual Statistics [PDF]
THE principle of taking the centre, of gravity of annual rainfall is free from objection, but Mr. Cook's method (NATURE, March 31) is mathematically incorrect. Annual statistics should not be plotted on a straight line, but round a circular ring in accordance with the probable etymology of the term (annus, anulus).

Positively Charged Polymer‐Brush MOFs for Large‐Area, Pressure‐Resistant Gas Separation Membranes
A universal POPA strategy enables positively charged polymer‐brush MOFs with self‐adaptive interfacial interlocking to resist aggregation under fast processing. This design ensures seamless dispersion within large‐area selective layers, achieving 1 m‐wide roll‐to‐roll fabrication of pressure‐resistant MMCMs with tunable CO2 separation performance ...

The Centre of Gravity of a Circular Arc [PDF]
To find the Centre of Gravity of a Ciroular Arc. Let a (Fig. 12) be the radius, 2a the angle at the centre, AB the arc, of total mass m, G its centre of gravity symmetrically situated. Imagine the arc to be part of a circle of string rotating uniformly with velocity u round C and of linear density ...
