Cerambycini in Cerambycinae The tribe Cerambycini includes in the Neotropical Region two subtribes, Cerambycina with 10 genera and 42 species and Sphallotrichina with 19 genera and 132 species (Monné et al., 2009). The genus Amphelictus was studied by Eya & Chemsak (2003a, b) and traditionally belonged to the tribe Hesperophanini. Martins & Monné (2005)

(type species Neocerambyx grandis Gahan 1891) is described for 4 species from South-East Asia. A new species Neocerambyx elenae Lazarev, sp. n. close to N. atratulus (Holzschuh 2018) is described from China (Hainan Is.).

The taxonomy of several genera of African Cerambycini is reviewed. Ptycholaemus Chevrolat, 1858 is considered as a senior synonym of Striatoptycholaemus Lepesme & Breuning, 1956 n. syn. and the following taxonomy is proposed: Ptycholaemus bouakensis (Lepesme & Breuning, 1956) n. comb., P. longicollis Schwarzer, 1931 rest.
