Flexural Vibrations of Bilaminar Ceramic Plates [PDF]

open access: yesThe Journal of the Acoustical Society of America, 1964
The differential equation and boundary conditions that govern the electrically forced flexural vibrations bilaminar ceramic plates are developed from linear piezoelectric equations of state. A general formula for the electrical-input admittance of a bilaminar plate is given. The differential equation can be cast in the classical form for thin plates by

Effect of Cover Plate on the Ballistic Performance of Ceramic Armor [PDF]

open access: yesMaterials, 2020
The interface defeat and dwell can effectively improve the ballistic performance of ceramic armors under high velocity impact of long rod projectiles. Confinement conditions along both axial and radial directions of ceramic armors can affect these behaviors.

Experimental study on the influence of lapping plate materials on the quality of both sides cylindrical rollers machining

open access: yesScientific Reports
The both-sides machining method can obtain high precision cylindrical rollers, but there is a drawback that the lapping plate is easy to wear, which restricts further improvement in the quality of rollers machining.

Metallization of alumina ceramics by electroless-plating.

open access: yesCircuit Technology, 1989
