Topographical Patterns of Intraventricular Hemorrhage as a Novel Prognostic Imaging Biomarker in Intracerebral Hemorrhage

This study developed and externally validated the IVH topographical score (ITS) based on 11 IVH topographical patterns and clinical variables. The ITS classifies IVH patterns into four risk levels (0–3 points) and integrates GCS (3–8: 1 point), ICH volume (≥ 20 mL: 1 point), and hydrocephalus (4 points).
