The Phenolic Signature of Psidium cattleianum Fruits and Leaves Modulates TRPV1 and TRPA1 Transient Receptor Potential Channels: A Metabolomics, In Vitro, and In Silico Study

An untargeted metabolomics study was performed to find the encompassed phytochemicals in the fruit and leaf extract of Psidium cattleianum. This enabled the annotation of 469 compounds belonging to different phenolic subclasses, with a predominance of flavonoids and phenolics.
