AbstractA three‐and‐a‐half‐year‐old male with cervical angiofollicular lymph node hyperplasia is presented. Only 185 cases of this lesion have ever been described. The greater majority of these (80%) were located in the mediastinum. This case represents the youngest patient ever described as having such a lesion, especially located in the neck.
