Cervical silicone lymphadenopathy

A patient presented to the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery with a rare case of cervical silicone lymphadenopathy. She had a painless ovoid mass in the left side of her neck and had had cosmetic breast augmentation 10 years before. Radiological imaging and core biopsy examination were consistent with silicone lymphadenopathy.

Syphilitic cervical lymphadenopathy

Syphilis is well known as a great mimic, however it is not recognized as a cause of cervical lymphadenopathy. We report a case of a 21-year-old man who presented with marked unilateral cervical lymphadenopathy. He had no evidence of oropharyngeal chancres, skin or genital lesions.
