Objectives To investigate the oncological and complication outcomes in women who have undergone pelvic organ‐sparing robot‐assisted radical cystectomy (RARC). Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), the most common type of oral cancer, has a poor prognosis. This study found high Ephrin type‐B receptor 4 (EPHB4) expression, mainly localized on the tumor cell membrane, in most OSCC cases, suggesting EPHB4 as a promising target for chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy.
