Cesarean Scar Ectopic Pregnancy
Although rare, Cesarean scar ectopic pregnancy poses a significant threat of uterine rupture and excessive maternal bleeding. Ultrasound confirmed a cesarean scar ectopic pregnancy with absence of fetal cardiac activity, and a peri-sac bleed concomitant with a β-hCG level of 15,000 mIU/ml.
