On the influence of light on cesium colloids in cesium halides
Solid State Communications, 1982Abstract Colloidal particles in additively colored CsBr are transformed by illumination with light in the 200–300 nm region at R.T. However no changes are detected in additively colored CsCl and CsI with the same treatment. in “virgin” CsBr crystals the production of colloidal bands by u.v. light at R.T. has been observed.

Pharmacology Biochemistry and Behavior, 1984
A brief outline of both industrial and medicinal uses is given. This is followed by a survey of literature on cesium salts for the period between January 1981 to May 1984. The bibliography searched indicates an interesting pharmacological and behavioral effect for Cs-salts in addition to its well known physiological and itopic effects.

On the Compressibility of Metallic Cesium
Physical Review, 1949The volume discontinuity of cesium at 45,000 kg/${\mathrm{cm}}^{2}$ is attributed to a shift of the valence electrons from the $6s$ zone to the empty $5d$ zones. A Wigner-Seitz calculation for the $6s$ and $5d$ bands supports this explanation. The potential used is described and tabulated. The possible existence of similar transitions for potassium and

Effect of Cesium Fluoride on a Cesium Vapor Diode
Journal of Applied Physics, 1965A cesium vapor diode was operated both before and after cesium fluoride was introduced into the interelectrode space. The electrodes were plane parallel, had a cross-sectional area of 2 cm2, and were made of molybdenum having a polycrystalline surface. The interelectrode spacing was varied from 0.01 to 10 mm.
