Multilinear regression model for predicting the ultimate load of slender circular CFDST columns subjected to concentric and eccentric loading

open access: yesStructural Concrete, Volume 26, Issue 3, Page 3527-3545, June 2025.
Abstract This paper presents a novel approach to predict the ultimate load of slender circular concrete‐filled double skin tubular (CFDST) columns subjected to concentric and eccentric loading. The proposed approach was developed using a multilinear regression model through analyzing a database containing 165 CFDST column configurations.

Behaviour of Shear Connector in CFST for Axial Strength

open access: yesInternational Journal for Research in Applied Science and Engineering Technology, 2021
Concrete Filled Steel structures (CFST) offers wide benefits like high strength, ductility, and energy absorption with the combined benefits of steels and concrete. It also reduces the complexity of the production, as it does not require the shuttering of work, and so it is not commonly used.

Futures thinking as collaborative practice in anthropology

open access: yesAnthropology Today, Volume 41, Issue 2, Page 15-19, April 2025.
Futures‐thinking methods offer transformative potential for anthropological research yet need to be more utilized in our field. Collaborative Futures Scenario Thinking (CFST) combined with the Qualitative Delphi (QD) method provides an accessible and dynamic approach to understanding how communities imagine and shape their futures. Anthropologists have
