Copy Number Analysis in Congenital Nevi: Concordance and Diagnostic Limitations of aCGH, sWGS, and Methylation Sequencing

open access: yesPigment Cell &Melanoma Research, Volume 39, Issue 4, July 2026.
Distinguishing proliferative nodules from melanoma in congenital melanocytic nevi remains challenging. While aCGH, sWGS, and methylation sequencing show high concordance for broad CNAs, higher‐resolution methods detect additional focal alterations that can lead to discordant classifications.

Cervicogenic headache

open access: yesМедицинский совет, 2015
The article review literature on cervicogenic headache (CGH). Nosological independence of CGH still remains a subject of numerous debates. Presently, the type of headache (cephalgia) should be considered a syndrome.

Open diffusion magnetic resonance imaging and connectivity data for epilepsy and surgery: The IDEAS II release

open access: yesEpilepsia, Volume 67, Issue 6, Page 2912-2923, June 2026.
Abstract Objective Epileptic seizures are generated in cerebral networks that propagate ictal and interictal activity. The structure of cerebral networks underpinning epileptic activity can be inferred from diffusion‐weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI).

Spatial normalization of array-CGH data

open access: yes, 2006
Background Array-based comparative genomic hybridization (array-CGH) is a recently developed technique for analyzing changes in DNA copy number. As in all microarray analyses, normalization is required to correct for experimental artifacts while ...

Vergleichende genomische Hybridisierung (CGH) zur Aufklärung genomischer Imbalancen bei hämatologischen Neoplasien mit Chromosomensätzen über 50 Elemente [PDF]

open access: yes, 2003
In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde untersucht, inwieweit die CGH zur Charakterisierung komplexer Tumorkaryotypen bei hämatologischen Neoplasien mit mehr als 50 Chromosomen beitragen kann.

Comparative effectiveness of cervical vs thoracic spinal-thrust manipulation for care of cervicogenic headache: A randomized controlled trial.

open access: yesPLoS ONE
BackgroundThere is ample evidence supporting the use of different manipulative therapy techniques for Cervicogenic Headache (CgH). However, no technique can be singled as the best available treatment for patients with CgH. Therefore, the objective of the
