From 2010 to 2012, abnormal ring spot symptoms had been observed on the pericarps of sweet cherry cv. ‘Sato Nishiki’ cultivated in Gyeongbuk Province, Korea. The abnormal cherries were diagnosed with CNRMV and CGRMV using RT–PCR and sequencing analysis.
