Effects of coarse chalcopyrite on flotation behavior of fine chalcopyrite
Minerals Engineering, 2021Abstract The flotation of ultrafine particles is marked with low recovery due to low collision efficiency between particles and bubbles. Carrier-flotation is a method to enhance the recovery by the attachment of fine particles onto larger carrier particles. In this study, the effects of coarse chalcopyrite particles as a carrier on flotation behavior

Chalcopyrite/defect chalcopyrite heterojunctions on the basis of CuInSe2
Journal of Applied Physics, 1993A new model for the formation of heterojunctions in polycrystalline CuInSe2 thin films on the basis of surface analysis experiments is presented. In situ photoemission measurements of CuInSe2 clearly show the existence of an In-rich n-type surface layer on samples relevant for solar-cell devices.
