Sulfur isotope rations of sulfide minerals in the ore specimens from the deposit of the Tsuchikura mine are distrib-uted in a range from -0.8 to 5.4%, mostly from +0.5 to 3.0%, close to the previous data (from +1 to +3%) by Miyake and Sasaki (1980).

The composition of intrusive rocks suggests that the magma was likely generated in a subduction‐related setting. The arc crustal thickness in the Phnom Sro Ngam and Halo Prospects was probably < 40 km during emplacement. Zircon U–Pb age range indicates a correlation with Loei Fold Belt magmatic activity.

This work demonstrates progress in the development of wide‐bandgap CIGS solar cells featuring a transparent back contact, for the application of top cell in tandem devices. A semitransparent device with a bandgap of 1.6 eV achieved a power conversion efficiency of nearly 13% on an ITO back contact.
