Blaue Flussigkeit, Geruch nach Kamillen, Geschmack bitterlich, brennend. Spez. Gew. bei 15° = 0,930– 0,945. Komisches Kamillenol hat ein spez. Gewicht von 0,905–0,915 bei 15°. Loslich in 8 Teilen 90 Vol.-°/o Alkohol zu einer meist opalisierenden Flussigkeit. Abgekuhlt auf 0°, wird es klebrig, ohne zu erstarren.
