GHRHR Deficiency Enhances Retinal Ganglion Cell Survival and Visual Functions in Experimental Glaucoma by Inhibiting Ferroptosis

Glaucoma, a major cause of blindness, involves retinal ganglion cell (RGC) degeneration. This study shows growth hormone‐releasing hormone receptor (GHRHR) deficiency preserves RGC survival and restores vision, unlike activation which only aids survival.

GPX4 Inhibitor Resistance and Metastatic Features in Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer

This study establishes breast cancer cell lines that are resistant to glutathione peroxidase 4 inhibitors (GPX4i) in vitro and investigates the metastatic capacity of the GPX4i‐resistant versus parental lines in vivo. GPX4i‐resistant cells survive upon intravenous injection, but lose capacity to spontaneously metastasize.

Endometrial Epithelial Lactate Deficiency Drives CD8+ T‐Cells Dysregulation in Unexplained Recurrent Implantation Failure

Unexplained recurrent implantation failure (RIF) represents a significant clinical challenge. Our results demonstrate that reduced lactate production in the RIF endometrium impairs the suppression of cytotoxic CD8+ T‑cells, allowing their proliferation and thereby disrupting the local immune balance essential for successful embryo implantation.

Unveiling Copper‐Induced Phase Transitions and Degradation Mechanisms of Transition Metal Sulfide Anodes for Sodium‐Ion Batteries

Sodium polysulfides, which are generated from TMS anodes, react with the Cu current collector, thereby triggering Na‐Cu–S interfacial phase formation. Simultaneously, transition metals undergo ionization and redeposition on the counter electrode. The coupled processes drive the phase evolution of TMS toward the stable Cu1.8S phase.
