PCSK9 acts as a molecular chaperone promoting LIN28A lysosomal degradation. LIN28A elevates transcription factor HES5, increasing JMY expression. PCSK9 loss causes neural tube defects (NTDs) by disrupting the LIN28A/HES5/JMY axis, and high JMY disorganizes the neural progenitor cell microfilament network, leading to incomplete neural tube structure in ...

Decoherence induced by a chaotic environment: A quantum walker with a complex coin
We study the differences between the process of decoherence induced by chaotic and regular environments. For this we analyze a family of simple models wich contain both regular and chaotic environments.

Here, our novel model that integrates metabolism with motility dynamics reveals that microalgae shift bacterial movement toward Lévy flight patterns, enhancing encounter rates and self‐aggregation. This microecological manipulation reduces energy costs, strengthens functions such as pollutant removal and system stability.

Image encryption based on s-box and 3D-chaotic maps and secure image transmission through ofdm in rayleigh fading channel [PDF]
Data security is vital if transferred over a wireless network or stored on a personal computer. The essential properties of chaos, such as initial state sensitivity and unpredictability, make it a crucial candidate for encryption applications. This paper

SGCD presents a novel approach for tissue spatial domain identification by employing interpolation to estimate inter‐spot gene expression and deconvolution to resolve cell‐type composition in both sampled and interstitial regions. By integrating gene expression, cell type, and spatial coordinates within a graph contrastive learning framework, SGCD ...

Rapid convergence of time-averaged frequency in phase synchronized systems
Numerical and experimental evidence is presented to show that many phase synchronized systems of non-identical chaotic oscillators, where the chaotic state is reached through a period-doubling cascade, show rapid convergence of the time-averaged ...
