Study on Amplitude Modulation Principle of Chaotic System

open access: yesComplexity, 2020
Exploring the amplitude modulation phenomenon of chaotic signal has become a subject of great concern in recent years. This paper mainly concentrates on the preliminary study on amplitude modulation principle of a chaotic system.

Chaotic Lattice - Gas Model

open access: yes, 1997
A nonuniform system is considered consisting of two phases with different densities of particles. At each given time the distribution of the phases in space is chaotic: each phase filling a set of regions with random shapes and locations.

NQO1‐Mediated Anoikis Resistance and Immune Evasion Define a High‐Risk Multi‐Omic Subtype for Precision Management of T1 High‐Grade Bladder Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Multi‐omic profiling of T1 high‐grade bladder cancer identifies a high‐risk subtype (T1HG1) driven by NQO1, which couples anoikis resistance with immune evasion. NQO1 orchestrates macrophage–T cell crosstalk suppression via CXCL9 modulation. Pharmacological NQO1 inhibition with skullcapflavone II enhances cisplatin efficacy, representing a promising ...

Chaos for Discrete Dynamical System

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, 2013
We prove that a dynamical system is chaotic in the sense of Martelli and Wiggins, when it is a transitive distributively chaotic in a sequence. Then, we give a sufficient condition for the dynamical system to be chaotic in the strong sense of Li-Yorke ...

Functional Disorder at the Neural Interface: How Disordered Nanostructures Promote Proper Growth and Differentiation in In Vitro Neural Cultures

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work provides a practical guide for neuroengineers to design advanced neural interfaces, embracing and tailoring the concept of functional disorder. By bridging 2D and 3D in vitro models, this work highlights how non‐periodic, spatially heterogeneous, multiscale nanotopography can enable more physiologically relevant platforms for studying neural ...

Fractal Conductance Fluctuations of Classical Origin

open access: yes, 2007
In mesoscopic systems conductance fluctuations are a sensitive probe of electron dynamics and chaotic phenomena. We show that the conductance of a purely classical chaotic system with either fully chaotic or mixed phase space generically exhibits fractal

In Situ Formation of an In–Zn Interface Layer Enables Aqueous Zinc‐Ions Batteries with High Capacity Retention

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work demonstrates an indium zinc oxide (IZO)‐modified separator applied to aqueous zinc ion batteries (AZIBs), which in situ generates an In–Zn interface layer to stabilize the separator/anode region during the cycling process. The In–Zn interface layer provides richer nucleation sites for Zn2+ and suppresses side reactions.

Dynamical Stability and Quantum Chaos of Ions in a Linear Trap

open access: yes, 1999
The realization of a paradigm chaotic system, namely the harmonically driven oscillator, in the quantum domain using cold trapped ions driven by lasers is theoretically investigated.

Robust and Thermally Stable Silicone Aerogels with Hyperconnected Network via Kinetically Optimized Hyperbranched Silane Precursors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Reactivity‐Programmed Assembly: A kinetic‐control strategy is reported for constructing hyperconnected silicone aerogels with a robust “thick‐neck” architecture. By exploiting the reactivity disparity of precursors, flexible segments are uniformly embedded within a rigid skeleton.
