基于 《建筑隔震设计标准》 的近断层区隔震设计谱研究

open access: yesDizhen xuebao

A Signal Period Detection Algorithm Based on Morphological Self-Complementary Top-Hat Transform and AMDF

open access: yesInformation, 2019
Period detection technology for weak characteristic signals is very important in the fields of speech signal processing, mechanical engineering, etc. Average magnitude difference function (AMDF) is a widely used method to extract the period of periodic ...

‘Scrap Metal Hoards’ of the Later Urnfield Period in the Carpathian Basin

open access: yesDocumenta Praehistorica, 2022
Large ‘scrap’ metal hoards have so far been seen as a characteristic of the older Urnfield Period in the eastern Carpathian Basin. Using the hoard from Dezmir, Romania, as a starting point, this paper describes a group of hoards with chronologically and

Influence of an Internal Magnetar on Supernova Remnant Expansion

open access: yes, 2003
Most of the proposed associations between magnetars and supernova remnant suffer from age problems. Usually, supernova remnants ages are determined from an approximation of the Sedov-Taylor phase relation between radius and age, for a fixed energy of the

Pulmonary Dysfunction Is Associated With Sleep Study Abnormalities in Children With Sickle Cell Disease: A Multicenter Study

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Introduction Pulmonary dysfunction and sleep abnormalities are common in children with sickle cell disease (SCD) and are associated with worse clinical outcomes. Whether spirometry abnormalities are associated with polysomnography (PSG) findings remains unclear.

Prevalence and Trajectory of Household Material Hardship Among Children With Advanced Cancer

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background/Objectives Families of children with advanced cancer living in poverty experience inferior outcomes including poor parent mental health and worse child quality of life. Household material hardship (HMH: food, housing, transportation, and/or utility insecurity) is a modifiable poverty exposure—and potential intervention target—that ...

The `Periodic Nulls' of Radio Pulsar J1819+1305

open access: yes, 2008
We present a single-pulse study of the four-component pulsar J1819+1305, whose ``null'' pulses bunch at periodic intervals of around 57 times the rotation period.
