This work discusses the use of blended channel materials in OECTs. It explores how mixing glycolated and alkoxylated polymers in various ratios offers a simpler and more efficient route to tuning OECT properties. The performance of the polymer blends is compared to the corresponding copolymers, demonstrating similar OECT characteristics, swelling ...

Digital logic elements provide additional functions from analog input [PDF]
A dc analog input can be used to produce an integrator with high dynamic range or a position servo with inherent stability. This is done by a switching system using digital-to-analog converters and an electronic switch to obtain the desired ...

Real-time detection of single electron tunneling using a quantum point contact
We observe individual tunnel events of a single electron between a quantum dot and a reservoir, using a nearby quantum point contact (QPC) as a charge meter.

Novel ferrocene derivatives (e.g., FcPhc2) are used as an ultrathin layer hole‐blocking layer, reducing hole injection from the Ag contact. This results in an ultralow noise spectral density of 1.2 × 10−14 A Hz−1/2, and a high specific detectivity of 8.1 × 1012 Jones at −0.5 V.

This study uncovers the unexplored role of intermolecular interactions in multiphoton absorption in coordination polymers. By analyzing [Zn2tpda(DMA)2(DMF)0.3], it shows how the electronic coupling of the chromophores and confinement in the MOF enhance two‐and three‐photon absorption.

Monolayer graphene bolometer as a sensitive far-IR detector [PDF]
In this paper we give a detailed analysis of the expected sensitivity and operating conditions in the power detection mode of a hot-electron bolometer (HEB) made from a few {\mu}m$^2$ of monolayer graphene (MLG) flake which can be embedded into either a ...

Design of a charge sensitive spectroscopy amplifier for Compton camera
A charge sensitive spectroscopy amplifier has been designed to couple with the silicon strip detector of a Compton camera. The amplifier was optimized by using a wave form generator and the output gain of 1012V/C was achieved when the shaping time is 1μs.
