Charge Pumping in Carbon Nanotubes [PDF]
We demonstrate charge pumping in semiconducting carbon nanotubes by a traveling potential wave. From the observation of pumping in the nanotube insulating state we deduce that transport occurs by packets of charge being carried along by the wave. By tuning the potential of a side gate, transport of either electron or hole packets can be realized ...

Streamlined Fibonacci Charge Pump [PDF]
This paper is devoted to questions of the efficiency increase of the Fibonacci charge pump (FCP). The main attention is dedicated to discovering the mechanism of the power losses in the given FCP structure. The FCP after reduction of the power losses has a flatter efficiency characteristic than the original FCP structure.

High-Efficiency High Voltage Hybrid Charge Pump Design With an Improved Chip Area
A hybrid charge pump was developed in a 0.13- $\mu \text{m}$ Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS (BCD) process which utilised high drain-source voltage MOS devices and low-voltage integrated metal-insulator-metal (MIM) capacitors. The design consisted of a zero-reversion

Parallel quantized charge pumping [PDF]
Two quantized charge pumps are operated in parallel. The total current generated is shown to be far more accurate than the current produced with just one pump operating at a higher frequency. With the application of a perpendicular magnetic field the accuracy of quantization is shown to be $< $20 ppm for a current of $108.9 $pA.
