Photoluminescence Reshaping via Structural Confinement and Local Density of Optical States Control in Ir(III)‐Doped Biodegradable Metasurfaces

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Phosphorescent biodegradable metasurface showing vibronic selection and spectral photoluminescence narrowing. Anti‐correlation between experimental LDOS and measured lifetimes. ABSTRACT Metasurfaces incorporating phosphorescent emitters offer a route to engineer radiative and vibronic processes beyond chemical design.

A charge injection based CMOS charge-pump

10th IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems, 2003. ICECS 2003. Proceedings of the 2003, 2004
A new topology for a CMOS charge-pump is described which exploits the charge injection phenomenon in MOS analog switches to obtain a high precision adjustable voltage without employing large capacitors. As a notable application for the proposed circuit, the design of an offset compensated comparator is discussed.

A buffered charge pump with zero charge sharing

2008 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS), 2008
The origins and detrimental effects of charge injection in charge-pump PLLs are discussed. Standard topologies for minimizing charge injection are discussed, and a new charge- pump topology with virtually zero charge injection is presented. Simulation results are presented to compare the performance of the proposed topology with standard designs, and ...

Memcapacitor based charge pump

2017 6th International Conference on Modern Circuits and Systems Technologies (MOCAST), 2017
This paper proposes a charge pump based on a charge controlled memcapacitor. The operation of the charge pump is investigated along with the mathematical analysis of the memcapacitor. Different implementations of charge pump are summarized. The proposed charge pump has the capability of driving low input voltage in range of 200mv and the capability of ...

A Molecular Quantized Charge Pump

Nano Letters, 2010
A novel single electron pump based on individual molecules (a single wall carbon nanotube) is discussed in terms of the hybrid superconducting-normal conducting pumping principle. A concept demonstration device has been built based on a carbon nanotube contacted by Nb-Ti leads.

A low-voltage charge pump with improved pumping efficiency

2017 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS), 2017
A charge pump with enhanced output voltage pumping gain and efficiency for low-voltage applications is proposed in this paper. Except for threshold voltage drop and body effect, another factor that limits voltage pumping efficiency is undesired charge transfer.

A Low-Voltage Charge Pump with High Pumping Efficiency

TENCON 2018 - 2018 IEEE Region 10 Conference, 2018
A low voltage charge pump with high pumping efficiency is proposed in this paper. To get high pumping efficiency, the proposed circuit uses 2 branches cross coupled structure. To eliminate the body effect and threshold voltage drops, PMOS transistors are used as Charge Transfer Switch (CTS).
