A charge injection based CMOS charge-pump

10th IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems, 2003. ICECS 2003. Proceedings of the 2003, 2004
A new topology for a CMOS charge-pump is described which exploits the charge injection phenomenon in MOS analog switches to obtain a high precision adjustable voltage without employing large capacitors. As a notable application for the proposed circuit, the design of an offset compensated comparator is discussed.

A Molecular Quantized Charge Pump

Nano Letters, 2010
A novel single electron pump based on individual molecules (a single wall carbon nanotube) is discussed in terms of the hybrid superconducting-normal conducting pumping principle. A concept demonstration device has been built based on a carbon nanotube contacted by Nb-Ti leads.

Memcapacitor based charge pump

2017 6th International Conference on Modern Circuits and Systems Technologies (MOCAST), 2017
This paper proposes a charge pump based on a charge controlled memcapacitor. The operation of the charge pump is investigated along with the mathematical analysis of the memcapacitor. Different implementations of charge pump are summarized. The proposed charge pump has the capability of driving low input voltage in range of 200mv and the capability of ...

Gigahertz quantized charge pumping

Nature Physics, 2007
The high-speed, high-accuracy transport of single electrons in nanoscale devices is predicted to underpin future electronics. A key and topical application is the development of a fundamental standard of electrical current linking the ampere to the elementary charge and frequency. For a practical standard, currents at the nanoampere level are required,
