Charge Sensitive Amplifier with Pseudo-differential Output

High sensitivity charge-transfer sense amplifier
IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits, 1975A balanced charge-transfer sense amplifier for one-device cell memory arrays is presented. Charge-transfer techniques are used to preamplify the sense signal and to isolate the large bit/sense (B/S) line capacitance from the nodes of a dynamic latch.

Proceedings of 2010 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems, 2010A design of low-noise charge sensitive amplifier (CSA) for measurement of optical response of photo-detector registering light produced by semiconductor scintillator is presented.
