Carbon Nanotube 3D Integrated Circuits: From Design to Applications
As Moore's law approaches its physical limits, carbon nanotube (CNT) 3D integrated circuits (ICs) emerge as a promising alternative due to the miniaturization, high mobility, and low power consumption. CNT 3D ICs in optoelectronics, memory, and monolithic ICs are reviewed while addressing challenges in fabrication, design, and integration.

Faradaic charging with bromine redox chemistry shows promise for energy storage, yet its efficient use in aqueous electrolytes is hindered by water decomposition and polybromides' cross‐diffusion, leading to suboptimal cell performance. This study introduces a tetrabutylammonium bromide‐based hydrated deep eutectic electrolyte with optimized water ...

This study demonstrates the use of a low‐cost 3D printing technique to prepare a large‐area PVDF‐FAPbI3 composite dielectric film for flexible TENG application. The δ→α phase transformation of the FAPbI3 nanofillers has significantly improved the β‐phase content, morphology, and dielectric properties of the PVDF film.

This study investigates the role of hole‐blocking layers (HBLs), particularly the combination of two HBLs in photomultiplication‐type organic photodetectors (PM‐OPDs), which results in high gain and record‐fast response. The proposed HBL strategy also allows for the use of photoactive layer with balanced donor–acceptor stoichiometry, which can be ...

Cell Membrane Vesicle Camouflaged Artificial Cells
Artificial cells camouflaged with a cell membrane vesicle coating are able to assemble into synthetic aggregates that exhibit rudimentary communication capabilities. Additionally, when these artificial cells are equipped with antioxidant capabilities, they are able to protect the intracellular homeostasis in HepG2 cells present in semi‐synthetic ...

Bound charges and currents [PDF]
Bound charges and currents are among the conceptually challenging topics in advanced courses on electricity and magnetism. It may be tempting for students to believe that they are merely computational tools for calculating electric and magnetic fields in matter, particularly because they are usually introduced through abstract manipulation of integral ...

Trimethylaluminum: Bonding by Charge and Current Topology
Angewandte Chemie International Edition, 2015AbstractThe charge density distribution of the trimethylaluminum dimer was determined by high‐angle X‐ray diffraction of a single crystal and quantum‐chemical methods and analyzed using the quantum theory of atoms in molecules. The data can be interpreted as Al2Me6being predominantly ionically bonded, with clear indications of topological asymmetry for

What wise advice by the king and so fitting for all occasions, especially for this book. We started with the discovery of the strange mechanical properties of rubbers and plastics and we will end with their recently discovered, even stranger properties.
