Method and apparatus for charging a secondary battery by supplying pulsed current as charging current

Journal of Power Sources, 1998
In a method for charging a secondary battery having a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an electrolyte, a pulsed current is supplied to the secondary battery to make the pulsed current flow between the positive electrode and the negative electrode through the electrolyte to thereby charge the secondary battery.

Charged current gauge couplings

Nuclear Physics B - Proceedings Supplements, 2002
The LEP measurements of charged current triple and quartic gauge couplings are described. LEP combined limits for anomalous quartic gauge couplings are presented. The combination of LEP triple gauge coupling results is pending full understanding of the recently calculated O(α) radiative effects.

5500584 Battery charging method and apparatus using initial charging step with gradually increasing charging current, quick charging step with large charging current and final charging step with decreasing charging current

Journal of Power Sources, 1997
A battery charging method for charging a battery such as a lead acid storage battery quickly, and a battery charging apparatus used in carrying out the battery charging method, includes an initial charging process between times 0 to t1, a quick charging process between times t1 to t2 and a final charging process between times t2 to t3, carried out step-

Current and charge integral equation

2012 6th European Conference on Antennas and Propagation (EUCAP), 2012
Some properties of the Current and Charge Integral Equation are studied. Particularly, the stability at low frequencies, the convergence speed under iterative solvers, and the accuracy of the radiated electric and magnetic field. The numerical solution is obtained using the multilevel fast multipole method.

Displacement current, transport current, and charge conservation

American Journal of Physics, 1983
A novel method for introducing Maxwell’s displacement current concept is presented, within the framework of an integral formulation of Maxwell’s equations. The method is general and simple and could be useful to teachers and students of electromagnetism.

Images of line charges and currents

Proceedings of the Institution of Electrical Engineers, 1965
The effect of a boundary in the vicinity of a line charge or current is to modify the field in a manner that can be represented by images in the boundary. It is shown that these images can be derived from Poisson's equation without recourse to fictitious surface charges or currents.

Transient charging currents in insulators

Solid-State Electronics, 1975
It is shown that charging currents in good insulators can be used to distinguish between different empirical carrier injection laws, if most carriers are trapped according to the Walden model. Schottky injection and power law injection are considered in detail.

Charged Current Inclusive Interactions [PDF]

open access: possible, 1982
New results on total cross section and structure function measurements are reviewed. Substantial progress has been achieved in the determination of the flavour content of the nucleon. Scaling violations also at high values of Q2 are now established by several experiments. The origin of these scaling violations is discussed.

Charge and current transition densities

Nuclear Physics A, 1983
Abstract The measurement of electron scattering from nuclei has been a major contribution to the advancement of the field of nuclear structure. In this presentation I will review a few examples to show how electron scattering has affected our views of nuclear physics.
