Dark Matter: A Primer

open access: yesAdvances in Astronomy, Volume 2011, Issue 1, 2011., 2011
Dark matter is one of the greatest unsolved mysteries in cosmology at the present time. About 80% of the Universe′s gravitating matter is nonluminous, and its nature and distribution are for the most part unknown. In this paper, we will outline the history, astrophysical evidence, candidates, and detection methods of dark matter, with the goal to give ...

NLO event generation for chargino production at the ILC [PDF]

open access: yesThe European Physical Journal C, 2006
We present a Monte-Carlo event generator for simulating chargino pair-production at the International Linear Collider (ILC) at next-to-leading order in the electroweak couplings. By properly resumming photons in the soft and collinear regions, we avoid negative event weights, so the program can simulate physical (unweighted) event samples.

Search for direct top squark pair production in final states with one electron or muon using 21 fb−1 of ATLAS data

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2013
This article presents latest results of the search for top squark pair production in final states with one isolated lepton, jets, and missing transverse momentum in √s = 8 TeV pp collisions using L=21 fb−1 of data recorded with the ATLAS detector at the ...

Probing heavy charged fermions at e + e − collider using the optimal observable technique

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2022
In this work we study the production of color-neutral and singly-charged heavy leptons at the proposed International Linear Collider. We use the optimal observable technique to determine the statistical accuracy to which the coupling of such fermions to ...

Search for supersymmetry in events with a τ lepton pair and missing transverse momentum in proton-proton collisions at s = 13 $$ \sqrt{s}=13 $$ TeV

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2018
A search for the electroweak production of supersymmetric particles in proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV is presented in final states with a τ lepton pair.

Constraining slepton and chargino through compressed top squark search

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2018
We examine the compressed mass spectrum with sub-TeV top squark t˜ $$ \left(\tilde{t}\right) $$ as lightest colored (s)particle in natural supersymmetry (SUSY). Such spectra are searched along with an additional hard jet, not only to boost the soft decay

Timelike transition form factor for CP-odd Higgs boson production

open access: yesSciPost Physics Proceedings, 2022
We investigate the production of CP-odd Higgs boson $A^0$ associated with a real $\gamma$ in $e^+e^-$ collisions. Because of the properties of $A^0$ coupling to the other fields, the main contribution comes from the top-quark triangle loop diagrams ...

Muon g−2 in MSSM gauge mediation revisited

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2017
The Higgs boson of 125 GeV requires large stop masses, leading to the large μ-parameter in most cases of gauge mediation. On the other hand, the explanation for the muon g−2 anomaly needs small slepton and neutralino/chargino masses.

Polarization of top and chargino from stop decay in natural SUSY

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2019
Top squark (stop) plays a crucial role in the naturalness of supersymmetry (SUSY) models, which has been extensively searched for in the LHC experiments.

Search for light scalar top-quark pair production in final states with two leptons with the ATLAS detector in $\sqrt{s}=7\ \mathrm{TeV}$ proton–proton collisions

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields, 2012
A search is presented for the pair production of light scalar top quarks in $\sqrt{s}=7~\mathrm{TeV}$ proton–proton collisions recorded with the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider.
