Natal origin and dispersal of problem saltwater crocodiles in the Darwin Harbor, Australia

As part of the management of saltwater crocodiles in the Northern Territory of Australia, this study identified the natal origins of problem crocodiles caught in Darwin Harbor in 2015–2017. Genetic population assignment revealed that the problem crocodiles were sourced from multiple populations, mostly within 200 km around the harbor.
