A cholesterol‐conjugated lipid library enabled the identification of a ligand‐free LNP platform for efficient mRNA delivery to brain endothelial cells via systemic administration. This platform achieves selective BBB targeting without disrupting barrier integrity, and enables modulation of neuroinflammation and vascular function without requiring trans‐

This study presents the first demonstration of stable sub‐50‐micron single‐cell GPM vesicles fabricated through the intrinsic self‐assembly of an amphiphilic copolymer. Hierarchical assembly of cell containing GPM vesicles into microspheres enable tunable, sustained cell delivery with immune protection.

Interface‐Mediated Catalysis for Improved Hydrogen Storage in Reactive Hydride Composites
Catalyst–hydride interfaces are engineered in Co@C‐ and Ni@C‐modified 2LiH + MgB2 reactive hydride composites to accelerate hydrogen uptake and release. Multiscale scattering, in‐situ synchrotron radiation powder x‐ray diffraction and density functional theory calculations reveal the structural and electronic origin of the catalytic enhancement ...

Donor strength governs the excited‐state character and TADF behavior of donor‐acceptor‐donor borondifluoride curcuminoid derivatives. Increasing donor strength drives a transition from charge‐transfer TADF to a zwitterionic polymethine structure with predominantly local excited‐state emission and suppressed TADF.
