Stiffness‐Programmable Origami Robots With Tendon‐Driven Actuation via Multimaterial 3D Printing
Advanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.Motion diversity is achieved in a tendon‐driven origami robot through programmable stiffness rather than modified actuation. Multimaterial 3D printing embeds soft creases, modular inserts redirect identical tendon inputs into distinct behaviors, and variable‐stiffness inserts enable real‐time switching.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.This work establishes a novel method for generating multicellular liver organoids from control and MASH donor iPSCs. The model recapitulates several disease‐specific characteristics, with MASH donor‐derived organoids showing higher susceptibility. Lipidomic profiling of MASH organoids closely resembles MASH liver biopsies.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.RBM10 deficiency promotes anti‐PD‐1 resistance in lung adenocarcinoma by altering STING alternative splicing, which enhances CCL7 secretion and CCR2‐dependent M2 macrophage polarization. A positive feedback loop via mitochondrial transfer sustains this immunosuppression.
