Successful Treatment of Dupilumab in Two Cases of Refractory Kimura's Disease
JEADV Clinical Practice, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Kimura disease (KD) is a chronic inflammatory disorder characterized by subcutaneous nodules, cervical lymphadenopathy, hypereosinophilia, and elevated IgE levels. Treatment options are limited. We report two cases of refractory KD successfully treated with dupilumab.

In Vivo Reflectance Confocal Microscopy Findings in a Case of Syringoid Eccrine Carcinoma
JEADV Clinical Practice, EarlyView.Capsule Summary Herein a case of a 77‐year‐old female with a syringoid eccrine carcinoma is presented. Reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM) showed at the epidermal level multiple hyporreflective luminal spaces that extended to the dermis, some of them with an amorphous mid‐refractive material. The adjacent stroma had a dense sclerotic appearance.
