Actinic Cheilitis Granulomatosa
The Journal of Dermatology, 1992AbstractA granulomatous lesion of the lips caused by UVB‐photosensitivity is described. A 31‐year‐old Japanese man developed depigmented, swollen, erythematous lips with some erosions and bloody crusts which were present for 11 months. Histologic examination revealed a dense dermal infiltration composed mainly of lymphoid‐histiocytic cells.

Persistent swollen lip: cheilitis granulomatosa
The Lancet, 2013A 23-year-old woman presented to our hospital for evaluation of a 6 month history of asymptomatic swelling of her lower lip. Her medical history included two episodes of peripheral facial nerve paralysis without other symptoms. There was no history of exposure to applied irritants, dermal fi llers, or local trauma.

Cheilitis Granulomatosa the Melkersson— Rosenthal Syndrome
Scandinavian Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, 1973Nineteen patients, 9 of whom belonged to the mono-symptomatic cheilitis granulomatosa Miescher group and 10 to the multisymptomatic Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome, are described. Clinical comparison of the groups disclosed no differences of principle except for the main symptoms of the triad.
