เพื่อหาวิธีการตรวจเพศของลูกเต่าตนุโดยลูกเต่าที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบยังคงมีชีวิตอยู่จึงทำการทดลองเพื่อหาชิ้นดีเอ็นเอที่มีความจำเพาะต่อเพศของเต่าตนุโดยใช้เทคนิคทางพันธุวิศวกรรม 2 เทคนิค คือ RFLP (เซาท์เทิร์นบลอทไฮบริไดเซชัน) และ PCR–based DNA fingerprinting ใช้ GATA repeats จำนวน 21 เบส ซึ่งเป็นลำดับเบสที่จำลองมาจากส่วน conserved sequence ใน Bkm sequence ซ ...openaire +1 more source
