This study demonstrates a strain‐tunable anomalous Hall response in the (110)‐oriented FeRh thin film. First‐principles calculations reveal that strain‐induced symmetry lowering redistributes Berry curvature near the Fermi level via band shifts and avoided crossings.

Periodic chiral magnetic domains in single-crystal nickel nanowires
We report on experimental and computational investigations of the domain structure of ~0.2 x 0.2 x 8 {\mu}m single-crystal Ni nanowires (NWs). The Ni NWs were grown by a thermal chemical vapor deposition technique that results in highly-oriented single ...

Capacitive, charge‐domain compute‐in‐memory (CIM) stores weights as capacitance, eliminating DC sneak paths and IR‐drop, yielding near‐zero standbypower. In this perspective, we present a device to systems level performance analysis of most promising architectures and predict apathway for upscaling capacitive CIM for sustainable edge computing ...

Heating Efficiency of Triple Vortex State Cylindrical Magnetic Nanoparticles
A well-established method for treating cancerous tumors is magnetic hyperthermia, which uses localized heat generated by the relaxation mechanism of magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) in a high-frequency alternating magnetic field.

Magnetic Properties of Iron Sand from the Tor River Estuary, Sarmi, Papua
Information about the strategic mineral balance, published in 2013, presumed a significant amount of iron sand deposited in Sarmi, Papua, Indonesia. However, the magnetic properties of these iron sands have never been studied.

Discovery Prospects for a Supernova Signature of Biogenic Origin
Approximately 2.8 Myr before the present our planet was subjected to the debris of a supernova explosion. The terrestrial proxy for this event was the discovery of live atoms of 60Fe in a deep-sea ferromanganese crust.

Manipulating Ferroelectricity Without Electrical Bias: A Perspective
Alternatives to electrical bias to control ferroelectric polarization are highly desired for the development of ferroelectric‐based applications. The polarizing role of chemically engineered surfaces, the impact of chemical substitution and mechanical pressure, and light‐induced effects on the final polarization state are highlighted in this short ...

So far the field-reversal theory has been accepted to account for the reversed remanent magnetization (RM) of rocks on the Earth. Orlický (2014) revealed a frequent occurrence of the antiferromagnetic (AFM) Fe-Ti oxides in the rocks.
