A Q‐Learning Algorithm to Solve the Two‐Player Zero‐Sum Game Problem for Nonlinear Systems
A Q‐learning algorithm to solve the two‐player zero‐sum game problem for nonlinear systems. ABSTRACT This paper deals with the two‐player zero‐sum game problem, which is a bounded L2$$ {L}_2 $$‐gain robust control problem. Finding an analytical solution to the complex Hamilton‐Jacobi‐Issacs (HJI) equation is a challenging task.

dynoGP: Deep Gaussian Processes for Dynamic System Identification
This work introduces a novel class of deep models for system identification, dynamical deep Gaussian processes, which combine the strengths of data‐driven methods, such as those based on neural network architectures, with the ability to output a probability distribution for uncertainty representation.

Lagrangian immersions satisfying Chen's equality [PDF]
We study 3-dimensional Lagrangian submanifolds, without totally geodesic points, of the 3-dimensional complex projective space C P 3 (4) which satisfy Chen's equality. We show how to associate with such a submanifold a minimal surface in S 5 (1) of which

Mg–Zn composites with a thickness of 0.21 mm were fabricated using roll bonding of a kirigami‐patterned Mg alloy inlay within a Zn matrix. Thermal activation following this process led to the formation of tailored intermetallic structures, which provided the composite with enhanced flexural strength.

4-dimensional minimal CR submanifolds of the sphere S6 satisfying Chen's equality [PDF]
In this paper, we classify 4-dimensional minimal CR submanifolds M of the nearly Kähler 6-sphere S6(1) which satisfy Chen's equality, i.e.

Phase Field Failure Modeling: Brittle‐Ductile Dual‐Phase Microstructures under Compressive Loading
The approach by Amor and the approach by Miehe and Zhang for asymmetric damage behavior in the phase field method for fracture are compared regarding their fitness for microcrack‐based failure modeling. The comparison is performed for the case of a dual‐phase microstructure with a brittle and a ductile constituent.
