Study on Chaotic Fault Tolerant Synchronization Control Based on Adaptive Observer

open access: yesThe Scientific World Journal, 2014
Aiming at the abrupt faults of the chaotic system, an adaptive observer is proposed to trace the states of the master system. The sufficient conditions for synchronization of such chaotic systems are also derived.

Study on general criteria for generalized chaotic synchronization with a desired manifold

open access: yesAIP Advances, 2022
One of the techniques to improve the underwater acoustic stealth performance of ships is to use the wide-spectrum characteristics of chaotic signals to weaken the line spectrum of radiated underwater acoustic signals.

Evolution of Physical Intelligence Across Scales

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
By following the evolution of physical intelligence across scales, this article shows how intelligence arises from materials, structures, physical interactions, and collectives. It establishes physical intelligence as the evolutionary foundation upon which embodied intelligence is built.

Dynamic Analysis of a Novel 3D Chaotic System with Hidden and Coexisting Attractors: Offset Boosting, Synchronization, and Circuit Realization

open access: yesFractal and Fractional, 2022
To further understand the dynamical characteristics of chaotic systems with a hidden attractor and coexisting attractors, we investigated the fundamental dynamics of a novel three-dimensional (3D) chaotic system derived by adding a simple constant term ...

A Unifying Approach to Self‐Organizing Systems Interacting via Conservation Laws

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
The article develops a unified way to model and analyze self‐organizing systems whose interactions are constrained by conservation laws. It represents physical/biological/engineered networks as graphs and builds projection operators (from incidence/cycle structure) that enforce those constraints and decompose network variables into constrained versus ...

MULTI-SCROLL CHAOTIC AND HYPERCHAOTIC ATTRACTORS GENERATED FROM CHEN SYSTEM [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos, 2012
In this paper, we create a multi-scroll chaotic attractor from Chen system by a nonlinear feedback control. The dynamic behavior of the new chaotic attractor is analyzed. Specially, the Lyapunov spectrum and Lyapunov dimension are calculated and the bifurcation diagram is sketched.

A critical reappraisal of the carotid sinus and carotid bulb: Distinguishing neurohistological function from vascular geometry

open access: yesThe Anatomical Record, EarlyView.
This review redefines the carotid bulb (CB) as a variable geometric dilation shaped by hemodynamics and the carotid sinus (CS) as a conserved neurohistological baroreceptor field. Distinguishing these entities clarifies a century of anatomical confusion and links geometry, neurohistology, and clinical interpretation within a unified framework ...

A Study on the Application of Synchronized Chaotic Systems of Different Fractional Orders for Cutting Tool Wear Diagnosis and Identification

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
Machining refers to a variety of processes, in which a cutting tool is used to remove the unwanted material from a workpiece. Tool wear, advertently or inadvertently, occurs after long-time use.
