Residues of Chern-Maslov classes
Localization of the Maslov class associated with two Lagrangian subbundles in a real symplectic vector bundle is described and a definition of the residue of the Maslov class is given. Then, explicit computation of the residue of the first Maslov class is given in the case the non-transversal sets of the two Lagrangian subbundles have codimension 1 ...

Advances in Topological Thermoelectrics: Harnessing Quantum Materials for Energy Applications
Topological materials offer a novel platform for thermoelectric energy conversion through unique band features, including band inversion, linear Dirac bands, surface states, and Berry curvature. These quantum characteristics enable enhanced longitudinal and transverse thermoelectric effects, establishing topological thermoelectrics as a promising ...

Chern Classes of the Moduli Stack of Curves [PDF]
Here we calculate the Chern classes of ${\bar {\mathcal M}}_{g,n}$, the moduli stack of stable n-pointed curves. In particular, we prove that such classes lie in the tautological ring.

Chern classes of tensor products [PDF]
We prove explicit formulas for Chern classes of tensor products of virtual vector bundles, whose coefficients are given by certain universal polynomials in the ranks of the two bundles.

Non‐Hermitian Topological Lattice Photonics: An Analytic Perspective
This review establishes exact analytical solutions for non‐Hermitian Hatano–Nelson, Su–Schrieffer–Heeger, and generalized Rice–Mele models. We demonstrate non‐Hermitian skin effects via point‐gap topology, hybrid skin‐topological edge states in 2D lattices, and spin‐polarized boundary modes governed by dual bulk‐boundary correspondence.

Chern classes for parabolic bundles [PDF]
In this paper, Chern classes for parabolic bundles are defined and various properties of Chern classes of vector bundles are generalized to the parabolic context. Parabolic bundles with respect to an effective divisor were defined by \textit{V. B. Mehta} and \textit{C. S. Seshadri} for Riemann surfaces [Math. Ann.

Topological Berry Antenna on a Silicon Chip for Terahertz Wireless Communication
The on‐chip topological Berry antenna for 6G to Xth‐generation wireless communication is designed via integrating various Berry curvatures for an enhanced antenna aperture and radiation gain. This THz antenna has demonstrated a maximum gain of 17 dBi and chip‐to‐chip wireless communications at 20 Gbps over a distance of 15 cm.

Fukaya categories of surfaces, spherical objects and mapping class groups
We prove that every spherical object in the derived Fukaya category of a closed surface of genus at least $2$ whose Chern character represents a nonzero Hochschild homology class is quasi-isomorphic to a simple closed curve equipped with a rank $1 ...

Towards large-Chern-number topological phases by periodic quenching
Topological phases with large Chern numbers have important implications. They were previously predicted to exist by considering fabricated long-range interactions or multi-layered materials.

Hydrogenation is a crucial step in the fabrication of high‐efficiency silicon solar cells, which is currently integrated into the fire‐through screen‐printing metallization. Truong et al. report on the use of microwave annealing as an effective decoupled method to activate hydrogen for poly‐Si passivating contacts.
