Reliability and Validity of a Self-Efficacy Scale for Childbirth of Pregnant Women's
BanduraのSelf-Efficacy理論を参考にして,妊婦の出産に対するSelf-Efficacyを測定する尺度を作成し,その信頼性と妥当性を検討した.妊娠30週以降の185人の妊婦を対象に,出産に対する結果予期と効力予期の二側面から構成したSelf-Efficacy Scaleを自記式調査質問紙で測定した.項目分析と主因子分析およびクロンバッハの信頼性係数の最も高い項目を抽出して,最終的に24項目を選択した.この尺度を適用して併存妥当性をみる為に,STAIとの相関および「経産婦は初産婦より出産に対するSelf-Efficacyが高い」という仮説を検証した.その結果,本尺度は高い内的整合性を認めた.又,尺度の妥当性について,STAIとSelf-Efficacyは逆の相関傾向がみられた ...
