PS1481 PLATELET REACTIVITY AND RESPONSE TO ANTIPLATELET DRUGS IN THROMBOCYTOPENIA AND THROMBOCYTOSIS
Background: Antiplatelet therapy for coronary artery disease (CAD) in patients with quantitative platelet disorders is still a matter of debate. Possible changes in platelet reactivity may also influence the response to these treatment. Background: Epigenetic changes are encountered in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and are thought to contribute to leukemogenesis. Decreased histone acetylation was frequently found in AML, especially in high‐risk cytogenetics, higher age, secondary or relapsed/refractory AML.
