The exposomal imprint on rosacea: More than skin deep
Rosacea reflects systemic and environmental interactions, not just a skin disorder. Key factors include environmental triggers, genetic and microbiome influences, diagnostic gaps in skin of colour and social determinants. Advances in multi‐omics and exposome integration highlight pathways towards precision medicine, prevention and equitable, patient ...

ABSTRACT Background Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is widely used in managing lumbar disc herniation (LDH), but heterogeneous outcome reporting in its trials hinders evidence synthesis. This study intends to develop a core outcome set (COS) for TCM‐LDH to standardize reporting and improve research quality. Methods Candidate outcomes were identified

Heterogeneity of iridoid biosynthesis in catmints: Molecular background in a phylogenetic context
Evolutionary gains and losses of key biosynthetic genes likely resulting from multiple independent evolutionary events explain why certain Nepeta (catnip) species produce both the active, cat‐attracting nepetalactones and sugar‐bound iridoids, while others make only the sugar‐bound forms, and some have lost iridoid production entirely.

Making the Old New Again Through the Process of Recombinant Innovation
ABSTRACT Academic Summary Recombinant innovation—the process through which atypical and unexpected combinations of knowledge generate novel outcomes—is a critical driver of organizational distinctiveness and market transformation. While prior research has focused on firm‐ and industry‐level mechanisms, less attention has been given to multilevel ...
